Red Rock Canyon Intimate Wedding | Sarah + Taylor

Outdoor wedding ceremonies in the desert are my jam! Red Rock Canyon is one of my favorite places ever and good thing, because I’m there often. Having photographed tons of weddings, elopements, and engagement sessions there it’s safe to say, I’ve been out in the desert in just about every type of weather condition there is. I’d say 90% of the time, the weather is great. However, wind in the open desert is prevalent. I tend to obsess about the weather so when I see anything out of the ordinary, I try to let my couples know ahead of time what to expect, There have been rare occasions when plans had to be changed due to weather, but for the most part couples are up for an adventure, I mean, that is why they chose to have a destination wedding in the Las Vegas desert!

A prime example of fun couple willing to say, Yes!” to adventure is Sarah + Taylor! These lovebirds came from British Colombia, Canada to tie the knot and have a blast in Las Vegas and that is exactly what they did! With a party bus full of their closest friends and family, they came out to Red Rock Canyon ready to get married and start their life together as Mr. & Mrs. wind be damned! A little windy weather wasn’t going to stop them or their loved ones from having their day on their terms! They braved the wind with smiles on their faces, champagne sprayed on their clothes, and took the best memories ever home with them!
