It’s been a year since I shared a “Family Friday” post and that’s not cool!! I love sharing all the beautiful weddings and elopements we photograph and sharing tips here and there on destination weddings. But, I plan to share a bit more about our life and who we are here as well. After all, don’t you want to get to know us better, the people who will photograph your wedding and be with you, documenting the best day of your life? Yea, I thought so! Here goes!

Every year, our family gets together and comes up with fun things to do during summer! We then make a list and display it somewhere in our home so we can see it frequently. This helps us have a fun and intentionally summer. We don’t always get to everything on the list, but we do our best. The point is to have activities to look forward to and spending some quality time together. This year we’re really excited about the fun trips we have planned! Here’s a snapshot taken on my iphone of our posted list!

We already checked on thing off our list! We visited Yosemite National Park this past week and it was such an amazingly beautiful place! We had such a great time and after a busy spring wedding season, it was very refreshing! Just the perfect place to enjoy nature and reconnect!
