It’s always such a pleasure to hear from past couples and see how they’re doing! I was so excited to hear from Lettie last month! We photographed their Las Vegas destination engagement and wedding 6 years ago!! They live in Southern California but were flying into Vegas to celebrate German’s birthday and an early anniversary trip and decided it was time for some updated photos.  I couldn’t agree more!  A lot of couples only have photos done for their engagement and wedding and then again when they start a family, they do family photos or just photos of the kids.  But, I think it’s important for couples to get professional photos together after the wedding day.  Not only do they serve as reminders of where you are now in your life and relationship, but the experience of being together without distractions of everyday life and focusing on each other is so good for you! It’s an opportunity to flirt (yes, married couples should totally flirt with each other!!!) and rekindle some of that romance! I highly recommend planning an anniversary session to our couples a few years into their marriage and periodically after that for milestone years.  I promise you won’t regret it.  Just check out a few of my favorites from Lettie + German’s session.  They totally rocked it out in the desert!
