Octavia and Richard chose to travel to Las Vegas from Atlanta, GA to get married.  They didn’t want a big wedding with lots of guests.  No, they knew that this was their day.  Just for them.  So, they made the plans necessary and got away to tie the knot.  Together.  And it was just perfection.
